Cummins Inc. Production Associate - Level I - 1st Shift in Rocky Mount, North Carolina

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Production Associate - Level I to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Rocky Mount, NC.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Ensure Safety : By stopping work and reporting any major injury hazards immediately, you’ll help maintain a safe working environment.

  • Promote Health : Reporting any work-related injury, illness, incident, or hazard ensures that health and safety standards are upheld.

  • Maintain Quality : Following standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures will help minimize cost and quality exposures.

  • Environmental Responsibility : Recognizing and minimizing the negative impact of your work on the environment.

  • Continuous Improvement : Participating in training and personal development to enhance your skills and contribute to business requirements.

  • Housekeeping and Maintenance : Keeping your work area clean and orderly, performing routine housekeeping tasks, and identifying equipment needing repair.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Education/Experience:

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Minimal or no work experience required.
