Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech to join their team. As an Industrial Maintenance Tech, you will be part of the operations team supporting production efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Tech (NIGHTS)

Location: ?Rocky Mount, NC

Schedule : 12 hour rotating shifts, 2-2-3, every other weekend 7p-7a

Pay Range: $33-37?per hour

What's the Job?

• Play a critical role in the management of manufacturing systems to improve manufacturing success rates and ensure zero downtime.

• Responsible for routine and preventive maintenance work to ensure all equipment and systems work safely, efficiently, and reliably.

• Manage change control authoring, actions, and execution, recommending preventative and corrective actions.

• Modify simple to moderately complex control logic that requires a degree of scientific and/or manufacturing process expertise.

• Use electrical testing equipment to troubleshoot issues and coordinate activities with production personnel to minimize downtime.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience in preventive maintenance and repairs of manufacturing equipment.

• Familiarity with industrial control systems such as DCS, PLCs, SCADAs, computerized systems, Historians, and/or SQL Server.

• Experience in troubleshooting issues to root cause and recommending and implementing effective corrective actions.

• Relevant pharmaceutical experience is a plus.

• Knowledge of general shop safety practices, including handling and storage of potentially dangerous equipment.
