Tucker Mechanical, Inc. Warehouse Manager in Rocky Hill, Connecticut
[The Warehouse /Logistics Manager position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day logistic operations of Tucker Mechanical.

- Receive daily shipments, process inventory through the Service Management software
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies
- Inventory of parts, material, and equipment designated for HVAC projects, repairs and maintenance services
- Create daily/weekly/monthly delivery schedule based on customer needs and departmental demand
- Coordinate transfers between Rocky Hill Office and Plainville Distribution Center
- Process parts warranties and returns with vendors and manufactures
- Assist warehouse driver with deliveries as required
- Coordinate and schedule all job deliveries with the Driver, Management and Field team employees
- Update notes in Service Management System (COINS)
- Ordering and inventory control of Preventative Maintenance materials
- Assist with the ordering of tools for new hires and/or new tool requirements
- Refrigerant management, coordination, storage, inventory control, etc
- Maintain, track, and secure tool inventory
- Maintain, track, and assist with Cintas Uniform Program for entire field team
- Shipping/receiving of parts, materials, equipment, etc.
- Initiate and coordinate the return of unused parts and equipment to vendors
- Create and pick tool lists for delivery to various job sites
- Organizing tools and equipment, including safety equipment
- Perform general warehouse duties
- General cleanup of the warehouse area
- Assisting in loading and unloading trucks with tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
