Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

As a General Production Worker, your primary responsibilities will include operating various warehouse equipment such as order pickers, forklifts, and turret trucks to facilitate product movement. You will perform receipt and putaway functions using an RF unit to accurately store products. Additionally, you will pick work orders or sales orders and ensure they are delivered to the correct staging areas. Your role also involves packing parcels and pallets, preparing them for shipment, and potentially performing kitting, assembly, weighing, or production machine operations. A key aspect of your role is to work safely every day, maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will also handle other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management. Due to the critical nature of our operations, you may be required to work overtime, start early, stay late, or work on weekends based on business needs, with prior notice provided when possible.

Hard Skills

This is a fully on-site position in Rockwood, Tennessee.

Work Environment

The position supports key aspects such as Safety, Quality, Customer Delivery, Customer Allegiance Score, and PPI Efficiency Savings. Flexibility in working hours, including potential overtime and weekend work, is required to meet business needs.
