Description Please reach out to Melissa (Painter) Ford via LinkedIn for immediate consideration. Robert Half has a client in need of talented and eager Bookkeepers for a new permanent role. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply today! This role will consist of Bookkeeper tasks such as data entry, full cycle A/P, and cash applications. This will often include some light coding along with general ledger reconciliation and journal entries. Moreover, you will be responsible for reconciliation, month-end closing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Major responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable

• Knowledgeable with Accounts Receivable

• Supply cash flow projections, as needed

• Aid with monthly accounting close

• Manage general ledger

• Supplementary assignments when necessary

• Get ready subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement

• Arrange monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents

• Accomplished in credit card management and reconciliation Requirements - Excellent oral and written communications skills

• Prior accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred

• Ability to handle multiple projects within strict deadlines

• Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

• Microsoft Excel experience

• Administrative experience experience preferred

• Solid understanding of bookkeeping

• 3+ years of related experience- Candidate must possess first-rate analytical, quantitative and social skills

• Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment

• Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities

• Strong organization skills
