Job Title: CNC Programmer

Job Description

Responsible for CNC programming from scratch and making edits to existing programs. The role involves creating programs from a given routing and process plan, overseeing 6 CNC machines, and working alongside two other programmers. The parts to be programmed range from small table-top pieces to items weighing up to 7,000 LBS. Due to small production runs, the role requires constant reprogramming for new products. Additionally, the candidate will maintain and update CAM software. All CNC machines are 4-axis milling machines with Fanuc controls, with one 5-axis machine available, though not currently in use.

Hard Skills

Work Environment

Equipment includes Niigata and Ikegai horizontal mills with various configurations and Fanuc 16i, 21i, and 31i controls.
