Winbro Group Technologies LLC Inside Sales & Service Representative in Rock Hill, South Carolina

JOIN US as an Inside Sales & Service Representative at our Rock Hill facility and we can offer you an opportunity to work in a high-tech, specialist company working with some of the best global names in aerospace, medical, semiconductor and clean energy.

We are seeking an inside sales person who can handle daily orders, invoicing, contract reviews, project status updates and external sales team coordination, and also:

  • Support the business through administrative tasks for customers, sales, and service team members.

  • Assist in quoting and post purchase order management.

  • Manage shipping arrangements, invoice tracking and reporting on all orders.

  • Represent company products as a customer facing professional exceeding our customer expectations.

  • Support our business development team through our sales lifecycle – RFQ through project closeout. Process production through all steps of the supply chain, both internally in our machining facility through to installation at customer site.

  • Coordinate customer interactions throughout sales lifecycle including machine delivery, invoicing/processing payments and installation.

  • Support our dealer network by being a point of contact and executing tasks for the end customer’s overall satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Must have 2 years+ working experience with B2B customer interactions.

  • US Citizen or existing Green Card Holder due to our customer facilities access requirements.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

  • CRM Knowledge.

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.

  • Strong computer skills including the ability to prepare spreadsheets and use Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point and/or Access) to analyse data and trends.

  • Willing to travel to potential customers locations and promote the brand at conferences and events.

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
