Job Description:

This role will be responsible for delivering supervisory support at the L3Harris Technologies Security Operations Center, which is situated at the Jefferson Road manufacturing facility, during weekend overnight shifts.

Essential Functions:

  • Supervise and guide contract security personnel, ensuring they receive comprehensive training and clear instructions to perform their duties effectively.

  • Act as the first point of contact for Secure Lab and Intrusion alarm activations, as well as handling any immediate crisis situations that may arise.

  • Oversee and coordinate security measures for TCOM CS facilities across domestic and international locations, addressing access control, alarm responses, and emergency protocols outside of standard business hours.

  • Compile and communicate daily reports on international travel activities of employees to the company's leadership, maintaining a consistent flow of information.

  • Perform regular internal security checks within DOD spaces to ensure compliance with established protocols.

  • Collaborate with the Industrial Security team to maintain and enhance adherence to NISPOM and DOD security regulations, policies and procedures.

    Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Seconday/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.

  • Current U.S. Government SECRET clearance

    Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Familiar with NAPCO

  • Proficient with XL 200 handheld radios, proficient with Alert Media

  • Experience with a Continental access control system and salient CCTV surveillance.

  • Experience in a Security Operations Center and physical security in a classified environment.

  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and time sensitive deliverables

  • CPR/AED Certified

  • 2+ years of experience in the customer service field.

  • 2+ years of experience in Supervision of a team of personnell.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.
