Description
The divison of Cell and Gene Therapy, within the Center for Translational Neuromedicine, Department of Neurology at the University of Rochester invites applications for a Research Assistant Professor position whose interests are principally in research and who provides speical areas of expertise required for complex, collaborative research programs. This position will focus specifically on conducting and analyzing a set of experiments that comprise a coherent part of a larger progect; and researching and resolving technical problems within the scope of those experiments. Applicants should have a strong expertise in conducting histology techniques, such as cryostat sectioning and immunohistochemistry.
Qualifications
Applicants should have a Ph.D. and/ or M.D. As well as, relevant postdoctoral study.
