$308,119 - $531,638 Annually

Description

The University of Rochester School of Medicine, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, is recruiting for a full time position (Assistant Professor /Associate Professor/ Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology appointment based on prior experience) in Maternal-Fetal Medicine.

This faculty member will serve with other 8 other full time MFM’s to provide complete maternal-fetal care to those within the Upstate NY region. Responsibilities including full spectrum perinatal medicine, including L&D coverage and limited in-house night call (approximately 2 per month) as well as home (pager) MFM call. Faculty are expected to participate in both inpatient and outpatient high risk obstetrical management, ultrasound and ultrasound guided procedures, teaching of fellows, residents and medical students, and research.

Candidate must have an MD or equivalent degree with board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology and in Maternal Fetal Medicine. The applicant must be eligible for NYS license. A post-offer health assessment and drug testing is required to be performed on-site. Qualifications

· M.D./ D.O. Degree or equivalent

· Eligible for a New York State Medical License

· Must meet all credentialing requirements

· Post offer Drug Screen and Health Assessment required

· Compliance with University and New York State health requirements

The referenced pay range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the base range of compensation for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job’s salary range and established based on (but not limited to) market data, experience and expertise of the individual, and with consideration to related position salaries. Alignment of clinical incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
