Kelly Services Packer/Production Worker in Rochester, New York

At Kelly ® Professional & Industrial, we’re seeking Packers/Production Workers for a premier plant based food manufacturer in Rochester, NY. We're here to help find the ideal opportunity for you!

  • $17.80/hr. to $22/hr. Temp to Hire.

  • Day Shift, Mon-Fri.

What does a typical day look like for this position ?

  • Loading and unloading ingredients into food processing machines

  • Observing machine functions and troubleshooting/reporting errors

  • Inspecting products to ensure quality and removing defects

  • Carefully packaging and labeling food products

  • Wearing appropriate PPE (hairnet, gloves, apron, etc.)

  • Using heavy duty cleaning agents to sanitize machines

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, fast food, or food preparation (Required).

  • Able to stand for the duration of your shift and act as a team player in a fast-paced industrial kitchen.

  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures/non-air conditioned environments.
