The Pike Company Marketing Coordinator - Proposals in Rochester, New York

Pike Construction Services is looking for a proactive and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic, fast-paced in-house marketing team. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing functions—from proposal development and project management to event planning and branding initiatives. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with seasoned professionals who will mentor you and help you develop the skills needed to elevate Pike’s brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Create client-focused materials, including proposals, case studies, print materials, awards submissions, and presentations.

  • Administrative Support: Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.

  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and executing employee and client events.

  • Branding Support: Provide ongoing support for company branding and marketing efforts.

  • Tradeshow & Sponsorships: Help manage the execution of trade shows, sponsorships, and charitable contributions.

  • Data Management: Maintain and update marketing databases and content and ensure accurate information control.

    Requirements / Skills:

  • Candidates must have Bachelors’ Degree from an accredited institution in related field; and minimum of 2 years’ equivalent experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.

  • Experience in technical writing or crafting proposals.

  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    Compensation:

    The base salary range for this in-office position based out of Rochester, NY is $55,000 - $60,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
