Description

Overview

Perform diverse and advanced administrative duties for the construction department.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time and on budget.

  • Coordinates with Brands, Architect, operations team on projects, plans, and deliverables

  • Support the invoicing and change orders process and work closely with our accounting team.

  • Prepare preliminary budgets for projects.

  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants.

  • Download & transfer of plans and specs to working environment.

  • Printing & scanning of plans and specs as directed - Keep record.

  • Stay aware of company goals and strategies to ensure projects align with business priorities.

  • Experience in high volume environments with multiple demands.

  • Represent the interests of the company when necessary, exhibiting behavior and professionalism commensurate with that expected of the position.

  • Knowledge or willingness to learn design concepts for projects.

  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education and Experience Required

  • A minimum associate degree is required.

  • A background in the construction industry is helpful, but not required.

  • Demonstrable problem-solving project management experience and skills

  • Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Salary Description

55,000-65,000
