At Access Lifts & Ramps, we value our employees and offer a supportive work environment.Key Responsibilities:- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling - Present, promote, and sell products to construction clients- Provide architectural support and specifications- Create bids and proposals/packets - Search for bid opportunities using Southern Tier Builder Exchange, Construct Connect, Procore, etc.- Experience with Project Take Offs- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomesRequired Skills and Qualifications:- Work experience in sales and contract negotiation- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills- Experience with reading and understanding product specifications& construction drawings- Proficient in CRM software - Project management experience is helpful
Minimum Salary: 40,000 Maximum Salary: 90,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
