Jordan Health is now seeking aBuilding and Grounds Assistantwho, under the guidance of the Director of Operations, is primarily responsible for assisting in various ways with Grounds and Property Maintenance.

Requirements
The Building and Grounds Assistant will ensure to:
· Assist with snow removal, shoveling, trash collection, and furniture movement.
· Assist facility mechanic with various organizational duties, as needed.
· Work may be in inclement weather.
· Travel to other buildings or grounds.
Education And Experience Required:
· High School Diploma or GED.
Licenses And Certifications:
· Valid NYS Driver’s License.
Special Skills, Knowledge Required:
· Ability and desire to work hard.
