Responsibilities
This position includes providing nursing support in a busy multidisciplinary outpatient clinic serving a patient population with various hematological conditions. Responsibilities include, assisting with care coordination, telephone triage, symptom management, and patient education. Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be autonomous in decision-making, and have excellent assessment skills. Seeking a team focused professional to join our growing and progressive unit. Qualifications
Requires a Diploma, Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State RN license in good standing. Applicants will have a minimum of 6-12 months of RN experience. This position assumes the charge nurse role, actively participates in unit/service activities, supports co-workers, and assesses unit needs.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $ 35.35 - $ 45.96 Hourly
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Location: Wilmot Cancer Nursing Services
Full/Part Time:
Schedule: FT position (40 hours), days, 8- or 10-hour shifts, Monday – Friday. No weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities.
