Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Position Overview: As the Benefits Manager at Lifetime Assistance, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of employee benefits programs. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective administration of benefits, compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing support to employees regarding their benefits inquiries. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of benefits regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Employee Benefits Specialist - CEBS) is a plus. An exceptional candidate with an Associate degree 5 plus years of experience maybe considered.

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in benefits administration, preferably in a healthcare or non-profit organization.

  • In-depth knowledge of employee benefits regulations, including ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, and COBRA.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze benefits data, trends, and costs.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in benefits administration systems, MS Office Suite, and HRIS platforms.

  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
