Job Description:

Under the direction of a registered pharmacist and/or the pharmacy management team, the Automated Dispensing Cabinet Technician Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of the automated dispensing cabinets (ADCs), including: inventory management, troubleshooting and directing workflow. Serves as the primary trainer for staff utilizing ADCs. Works in collaboration with the pharmacy management team to maintain efficient use of ADCs while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. Works collaboratively with Inventory Manager to ensure end users and patients receive timely medication.

Salary Range:

$25.00 -$35.00 an hour

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Job Requirements:

HS diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1 year inpatient pharmacy technician experience required (3-5 years preferred). Technician certification required (ex. PTCB).
