University of Rochester Ambulatory Psychiatry - Pediatric Behavioral Health and Wellness @ East River Road -RN 2, Outpt in Rochester, New York

Responsibilities

The is a mental health clinic for young people up to age 18. As part of an interdisciplinary team, the RN will assist with triaging, patient assessments, medication refills, prior authorizations, and patient/family teaching. The RN conducts primary care screening. The RN collaborates with community providers and systems to facilitate treatment planning. The candidate must be able flexible to the changing needs of the assignment. One-year psychiatric experience required. Requires NYS RN license.

Qualifications

Requires a Diploma, Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State RN license in good standing. Applicants will have a minimum of 6-12 months of RN experience. This position assumes the charge nurse role, actively participates in unit/service activities, supports co-workers, and assesses unit needs.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $35.35 - $45.96

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum annual salary for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job’s salary range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
