STATUS:Non-exempt, full-time, 37.5 hours/week

Hourly rate: up to $18.00 per hour

SUMMARY

Provides administrative support to the programs Home Safe Home and Contracts team at Lifespan. Manages data collection, reporting and other essential tasks for the successful operation of both agency areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Provide support to Program Manager and Senior Contracts managers with requested tasks.

  2. Responsible for collecting, tracking, and reporting data for assigned program areas.

  3. Assists with tasks involving the intake of new referrals, scheduling home visits, ordering supplies, PeerPlace documentation, units’ entry, and funder reports for Home Safe Home Program.

  4. Responsible for requesting Liability Insurance Certificates as needed.

  5. Responsible for running reports as requested, weekly, monthly or quarterly to support the contract management systems.

  6. Assist with tracking and compiling evaluation data for services delivered.

  7. Streamline ways of collecting data and minimizing redundancies.

  8. Review and submit department invoices and vouchers for program supplies.

  9. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION: Associates degree in human services or related field required

EXPERIENCE: Strong technology background with strong interpersonal skills

EXPERIENCE

· Must be able to multi-task in a busy environment with attention to detail

· A portion of the work is performed at a desk or at a personal computer station

· Strong interpersonal skills necessary

· Excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills required

· Computer skills (MS Office). Database and Excel experience required

· Ability to work in multi-cultural situations

· Ability to work independently

· Ability to maintain composure under strict deadlines
