Rochester Rehab Administrative Assistant - Mental Health Clinic in Rochester, New York
Salary $17.00 - $17.50/hrEmploymentFull Time/12 Month, 37.50 hours per week, Monday through Friday Purpose:The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support services to the Manager ofthe Mental Health Center and therapist staff. Coordinates key office operations relatingto the administrative functions of the mental health center.Key Functions:Provides support for departmental meetings including organizing, transcribingand distribution of minutes, as well as communication to staff regarding themeetings.Creating and maintaining various reports and Quality Improvement Surveys asrequested by the Manager and Coordinator.Maintains and organizes departmental files and paperwork, includingdevelopment of new forms and processes as assigned by the Program Managerand/or supervisor.Provides support and coverage to the Registration Coordinator.Coordinates translation services for client appointments.Responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies for the Mental HealthServices DivisionParticipates in certain agency committees as representative for the Mental HealthServices Division.Adhere to Company policies and procedures to include being aware of theimportance of Corporate Compliance Policies and the Code of Conduct.Responsible for maintaining required certifications and licenses.Values: Demonstrates the organization’s valuesCustomer ServiceCommunicationsContinuous ImprovementCollaboration/TeamworkAccountabilityEducation, Experience, Skills and/or Licensing/Certification Required:Associates Degree in secretarial science, office management or related area with atleast three years experience providing administrative support services, preferable ina health care setting.Accurate and efficient word processing skills.Ability to work independently and exercise discretion in confidential matters.Supervisory Responsibility:None
