Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Overview:

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that the Vice President of Treasury and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and other senior leaders receive accurate and timely information to facilitate informed decision-making. Positioned at the heart of information exchange, you will collaborate with various departments and teams, establishing yourself as a subject matter expert in internal reporting and data management. This position will also allow you to develop your project management

abilities and enhance cross-departmental teamwork.

  • Collaborate with the Senior FP&A Manager to fulfill all reporting requirements.

  • Take ownership of planning and reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy.

  • Assist in developing complex models for analysis focusing on financial drivers.

  • Support the coordination and consolidation of budgets and forecasts on a global scale.

  • Oversee daily system support for the FP&A team as an Oracle business administrator.

  • Work with IT, Accounting, HR, and Business units to enhance and optimize data infrastructure.

  • Aid in the Corporate annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes.

  • Prepare monthly financial reports for leadership that detail current results, future projections against the budget, and analysis of significant trends.

  • Create PowerPoint presentations for leadership.

  • Contribute to special projects as needed.

  • Travel domestically up to 10%.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in FP&A or Accounting.

  • CPA certification is highly preferred; an MBA and/or CMA designation is a plus.

  • Experience in manufacturing, with knowledge of cost accounting, GAAP, budgeting, and financial analysis.

  • Familiarity with SAP; experience with S4 Hana is advantageous.

  • Proficient in Oracle Planning/Budgeting and Consolidation tools.

  • Capable of handling multiple data sources.

  • Background in financial modeling.

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical abilities in finance.

  • Excellent business acumen.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and various functions.

  • Adaptable mindset with the capability to work independently.

  • U.S. citizenship or valid authorization to work in the U.S. is required; we are unable to provide sponsorship at this time.
