Schedule: This is a fulltime position, M-F, with some weekend availability as required. About the job: To serve on the sales and marketing team using knowledge of the community and services provided to assist in meeting or exceeding occupancy goals. In addition, this individual will coordinate prospective resident inquiries and assist the team in marketing the community to the target markets. Essentials: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * * Communicate effectively and accurately between prospective resident and community team members including coordination of health assessments and move-ins. * Assembles and manages community collateral for marketing and sales and maintains adequate inventory. * Communicate marketing communications needs to director. * Utilize CRM software and review and maintain accuracy of occupancy data. * Conduct tours such and outbound calls as assigned. * Conducts regular community assessments for facility tour readiness. * Regularly reviews marketing materials and web pages for accuracy and coordinates any changes. * Manage and communicate regularly with the community waitlist when applicable. * Follows the approved VOANS brand and sale processes. * Work with the Sales director for internal and external marketing. * Assists the sales and marketing department to meet occupancy budgets for all services levels as a minimum acceptable performance standard. * Attends required in-services and completes assigned online. * Assists with current resident room transfers and amenity changes. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * * Excellent communication. * Ability and willingness to work flexible hours and on-call duties, such as during evenings and weekends, for planned activities or special events, tours, family meetings and conferences, inquiry calls and move-ins. * Strong relationship building skills and attention to detail with the ability to react and think quickly. * Ability to work with residents. * Familiarity with word processing, data processing and computer entry skills. * Ability to utilize computers and other electronic devices for tasks such as timekeeping, CRM (customer relationship management) software and documentation. * Ability to perform several job functions at a time.
