About The Role Cardiac Diagnostics is currently seeking a highly experienced, dynamic and strategic Project Management professional to lead large software and business initiatives that require partnering with key leaders to drive critical programs for the Cardiac Diagnostics organization. In this Project Manager role, you will be responsible for leading the execution of medical device and software development projects with related work stream activities within the Cardiology division. You will partner with cross-functional leadership teams to ensure all product support activities from project concept through production launch and end of life. Project size will range from small tactical releases to complex software design and business changes. The Project Manager role, in collaboration with cross-functional team members from R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Monitoring Center, Legal, Sales, and Operations, will simultaneously handle multiple projects (2 to 5) of various sizes. Your Responsibilities Will Include Direct and manage complex medical device and software projects from beginning to end Develop an understanding of critical business processes, systems, and lead changes in efficiency and quality Define project scope, goals and deliverables that meet objectives and support business goals Develop full-scale project and resource plans with regular cross-functional communications and regulatory compliance Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path to mitigate risks Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project and cross-functional team Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work What we're looking for in you Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of cross-functional management experience including project management Direct experience managing software or medical device projects Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) knowledge Track record of success leading large, cross-functional, complex projects / programs Exceptional interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and situational leadership Strong planning, influencing, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Preferred Qualifications Preferred degree in Computer Science or Engineering Project Management Processional Certification (PMP) Requisition ID:578422 As a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most - united by a deep caring for human life.
