Nexus Clinical Supervisor in Rochester, Minnesota

Nexus Family Healing is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide trauma informed supervision and oversight to the Southeast Regional Crisis Center (SERCC) based in Rochester, Minnesota. This position is full-time, 40 hours per week, and includes a full benefits package with paid time off. You will also benefit from flexible scheduling! Location/pay: $80,000+ annually $5,000 sign-on bonus Commute stipend - 45 miles or more, receive a $200 bi-weekly stipend Rochester, MN About Nexus: The Southeast Regional Crisis Center (SERCC) is a new 24/7 walk-in mental health facility designed specifically for people experiencing a mental health crisis. The center provides a calm, safe and welcoming environment. Patients receive immediate help from compassionate staff who are experts in crisis, trauma, and mental health care. SERCC is open 24 hours a day, everyday, to people of all ages in the 10-county region, regardless of their financial situation or insurance status. We help to stabilize their immediate crisis, and develop integrated plans for ongoing care they may need when they leave the center. SERCC also houses short-term residential facilities for those that need longer care. With 16 beds, the center has separate units for adults and youth (ages 10-18), has nursing services, individual and group counseling, and care coordination upon discharge. Responsibilities Provides and ensures a trauma-informed environment. Reviews treatment plans, and ensures treatment programming is individualized and strength based, monitors and facilitates (both formally and informally) the development of staff skills and knowledge regarding youth issues, individual client's treatment plans, behavior management techniques, and the preparation and maintenance of resident case files and documentation. Works with leadership team to lead clinical training and treatment conferences tailored to the needs of the team to integrate multi-disciplinary responses to the client. Drives effective delivery of treatment services per company treatment guidelines and policies for individual and group therapy, psychoeducational groups, as well as development of transitional plans. Initiates, identifies and analyzes potential or current problems or risk factors of the program and generates alternative solutions and sound decisions. Collaborates with the Executive Director in evaluating long-term changes that support the therapeutic treatment process Ensures program preparedness regarding intake, safety planning, and treatment needs. Provides regular engagement of and collaboration with client families, as well as addressing family concerns. Ensures compliance with all statute and regulatory license. Facilitates weekly staff meetings to incorporate weekly review of the operations, client, and programming needs. Ensures that individual client reports, records, and all documentation is produced accurately and maintained in a consistent, timely, and professional manner. Provides performance management for staff on an ongoing basis and conducts formal performance evaluations that are timely and constructive, and that include a development component. In coordination with CQI, reviews program data and looks for client and program trends, risks, and compliance requirements. Maintains accountability and oversight of treatment processes, clinical team and the program. Participates in the selection training and on-going development of direct report positions. Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Services, Psychology, or clinically related field required Full licensure required (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC) - WILL consider candidates who could achieve licensure within 90 days of hire Minimum of 5 years in adolescent and family-based behavioral counseling and/or residential experience required. Experience with child and youth therapy strongly preferred. Valid driver's license. Must meet state regulating agency and Nexus corporate driving requirements.
