Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, hours will vary with open and close shifts. (7a-4p, 8a-5p, 9a-6p)

• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Answer/Transfer telephone calls or take messages
• Sort/Delivery incoming/outgoing mail
• Receive customers or visitors via walk in or scale
• Provide general informationto staff, clients, or the public.
• Copy, file, and update paper and electronic documents
• Prepare and processofficedocuments
• Collect information and perform data entry
• Operate the scale to weigh in/out commercial and public traffic
• Run the cash register to process cash payments
• Track sales and purchases of metal through online data base

Required education and experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.?

Preferred education and experience

• Clerical experience preferred.?

• Demonstrates the ability to accurately enter data and use company software.
