High Tech - Loader Unloader Position for Rack Coat Cure for Batch Oven
Job Statement Utilize lifting equipment (jib/hoist) as appropriate and specified (by work instructions) fixturing and racks to load and unload customer inventory for processing. Ensure safe, stable fixturing for transit through processing steps and transport racks, using pallet jacks, as directed through process cycles. Implement pack-out as directed. Requirements/Qualifications Standard Onboarding Process General Classes: Basic Training, Fork Truck Specific Seat Qualifications: Loader/Unloader Must be a good listener Must be able to read and understand a work instruction Must be able to lift as much as 50 lbs, must be able to bend, twist, and reach Key Result Areas (KRA) *Operate jib and hoist *Work with specified lifting tools, fixturing and racks *Orient pieces carefully according to work instructions in a safe and careful manner *Transport tracks as directed through process using manual and powered pallet jacks *Ensure routers are appropriate and applied correctly *Pack out customer inventory as directed by Process Controller (Measurables are listed for this seat on the Accountability chart and may change over time.
