Job Summary
As a Machine Operator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the continuity of our complex sterile filling operations. You'll set up, operate, and maintain advanced production equipment in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.
What You'll Do
- Set up, adjust, and operate specialized production machinery. (70% of time)
- Collaborate with fill/seal operators and supervisors to maintain efficient operations.
- Ensure documentation and recordkeeping meet rigorous standards.
- Perform integrity testing on sterilizing filters.
- Uphold strict compliance with all applicable regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass a written assessment exam: Arithmetic, Temperature/Pressure, and Hand Tools (Studies Guides Available)
- Mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills
- Experience setting up and operating automated machines or performing mechanical assembly work.
- Self-starter and capable of working under pressure
- High school diploma or GED required
What We Offer
- Start at $24.22/hour while in initial training + shift premium.
- Guaranteed $28.06/hour (or more) on your 1st anniversary + shift premium.
- Guaranteed $31.18/hour (or more) on your 2nd anniversary + shift premium.
- Shift Premium: 7% (afternoons) or 10% (midnights) where applicable.
- Annual Production Bonus and Quarterly Attendance Bonuses.

Hiring For:
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday - Friday (7% shift premium)
- 3rd Shift: 11:00PM - 7:30 AM, Sunday - Thursday (10% shift premium)
- Training on 1st Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday for at least 30 days
