Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking Assembly Technicians for both 1st and 2nd shifts to produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies. This role involves reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions, using hand tools or machines to assemble parts, and conducting quality control checks. Technicians will also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining their work area and equipment, including tools.

Additionally, the role requires preparation of work by studying parts lists and gathering necessary components, positioning parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements, and assembling components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts and subassemblies.

The successful candidate will verify specifications by measuring completed components, resolve assembly problems to meet specifications, maintain a safe and clean working environment, conserve resources, and document actions by completing production and quality forms.
