Job Description

Rework candidates will be assigned various tasks including deburring, cutting, sanding, and loading material that did not meet standards after running through the mills. Duties will vary from day to day depending on what is needed, but a majority of the time will be spent on the side of the machines refinishing material to ensure it meets standards. Candidates may be using hand and power tools to complete daily tasks. Must be comfortable lifting 50+lbs continuously and performing physical labor.

This is a fully on-site position in Rochelle, Illinois.

Work Environment

The facility is a steel manufacturer but is fully updated with filtered machines that clean the air automatically. It is not temperature controlled but is a comfortable setting. The facility is large, over 1 million sqft, and can be loud. Candidates will be required to wear hard hats and safety shoes.
