Responsibilities:

• Steer the day-to-day course of our bustling accounting department, encompassing everything from the flow of accounts payable and receivable, general ledger coordination, to ERP-driven payroll management.

• Instill confidence in our financial integrity by expertly guiding month-end and year-end close processes to attain complete and accurate financial records.

• Share your strategic insights during finance statement prep, budgeting, and forecasting processes which illuminate the path for our senior management's decision-making.

• Champion best accounting practices, as you set policies, procedures, and internal controls in motion, all in the name of regulatory requirements alignment.

• Bridge communication between the company and the outside financial world of auditors, tax consultants, and regulators during audits and tax filings.

• Optimize the pulse of our business - cash flow management and liquidity through careful monitoring of banking activities and financial transactions.

• Ignite the spark of professional growth in our accounting staff through resourceful guidance, fostering a community of continuous enhancement, accountability, and professional excellence.

  Requirements

We're scouting for the cream of the crop:

• Ideally armed with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. An elevated bonus would be a Master's degree or CPA qualifications.

• Familiarity with the manufacturing/remanufacturing environment is a definite plus.

• A seasoned pro with a minimum of 3 years of ascending accounting experience, accentuated with supervisory or managerial triumphs.

• A GAAP aficionado with a solid grasp of financial reporting standards and regulatory mandates.

• An ERP systems milling and accounting software virtuoso, with advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel.
