Summer Assistant Program Manager
The opportunity:
The Assistant Program Manager position is a Seasonal position that supports the summer Program Manager (Principal) in overseeing all aspects of the Summer Advantage program. As the Assistant Program Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the model is implemented with fidelity, including the daily schedule, the incorporation of service learning, college and career exploration, and engaging Friday speakers. You will be responsible for program enrollment, data compliance reporting and day-to-day operations.
As the Assistant Program Manager you will support your site's pre-program preparedness in the weeks leading up to the program launch. You will support teacher training the week before program launch, and you will be instrumental in providing daily oversight and leadership including daily staff support and coaching, parent interaction, and scholar guidance.

Experience and Education Requirements :
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, master’s in school administration preferred.
Teaching Certification required
Proven experience in leadership capacity
