Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Planning Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to develop and maintain the Master Schedule for a portion of the Logistics Sector.

Responsibility for Parsons’s Senior Reporting Engineering for SAPL Qiddiya Infrastructure Partner (QIDP). Responsible and accountable for ensuring that all work is in full coordination with Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) and with Jacobs and Mace delivery partners. QIC is providing strategic direction for all partners in the three-way partnership with Jacobs and Mace on a city-wide basis. Reports directly to the Projects Control Director.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supports the development and implementation of the QIP reports as directed by the Senior Controls and Reporting Manager.

• Supports the development and implementation Standard operating procedures for the reporting aspects of the program as directed by the Senior Controls and Reporting Manager.

• Provides guidance and support to the reporting specialists concerning day to day performance of the work scope.

• Supports the facilitation of forming partnerships with key stakeholders.

• Responsible for reporting among our team (including subcontractors).

• Responsible for external reporting, including all major contracts.

• Responsible for working closely with QIC and delivery partners to ensure best for program reporting decisions.

• Reports reporting challenges and issues to the Senior Controls and Reporting Manager and helps to develop appropriate resolutions/mitigations as necessary.

• Assigns work to employees, oversees, and tracks the completion of work assignments as directed by the Senior Controls and Reporting Manager.

• Maintains clear and concise work standards and goals, takes corrective action as necessary.

• Prepare the needed reports.

• Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies, and procedures.

• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline with minimum 10 years’ experience in construction projects, specifically management experience across multi-disciplinary teams.

• Advantageous to have extensive experience of significant PM/CM contracts.

• Project Management Certified is a plus.

• Expertise in P6 and Power BI

• Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken.

• Strong Contractor Management skills.
