Position Overview

Autodesk is looking for an Industry Territory Sales Executive to build new business expansion and renewals within a designated territory or portfolio of accounts, aligning with financial and company goals. You will carry a sales quota, and success is measured by meeting quarterly and annual targets through upselling, add-on sales, and cross-selling strategies.

Reporting to an Industry Territory Sales Manager, you will collaborate with Autodesk sales specialists, partner managers, channel partners, and inside sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Create new business by creatively expanding designated accounts / territory

  • Manage renewals in designated accounts / territory

  • Evaluate and prepare account and business plans for each assigned account. You will evaluate the customer profile, create value messaging, and target important steps needed to complete the account plans

  • Use account planning to achieve our goals and make continuous improvement in moving Autodesk from vendor to trusted advisor

  • Develop important relationships within accounts including main executives and translate customer challenges and opportunities into unique values

  • Ensure the Autodesk team delivers value to the accounts and builds successful account business plans

  • Manage full sales cycle: from field sales and business development to contract negotiation and post-sales support

  • Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly business forecasts.

  • Maintain a solid pipeline for future quarters

  • Collaborate with channel partners to increase revenue and strengthen partner relationships.

  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to inform product and marketing strategies.

  • Lead negotiations at "C" level and enterprise levels within targeted accounts.

  • Be a trusted advisor, identifying mutually beneficial opportunities for customers and Autodesk

  • Help develop customer success stories

Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated track record (3+ years) in managing and expanding a portfolio of accounts, specializing in complex business solutions.

  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with proficiency in both languages required.

  • Essential experience in selling software within Engineering environments; familiarity with Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) or Manufacturing sectors is ideal.

  • Track record in account planning
