Robert Half is partnering with a company looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper. This is a fully REMOTE position. Quickbooks online and Government Contract experience is required.**

Key responsibilities, in part:

• Keep a general ledger

• Oversee monthly accounting close

• Familiar with Accounts Receivable

• Create cash flow projections, as needed

• Experienced with credit card management and reconciliation

• Draw up monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents

• Assist with monthly accounting close

• Catalog sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments

• Complete Accounts Payable

  Requirements

• Experience with Government Contracts required**

• Quickbooks Online proficiency required**

• Bachelors Degree required

• Previous accounting experience (including as a Bookkeeper, preferred)

• Self-starter and strong ethical standards

• Strong organization skills

• Bank reconciliations experience

• Command of Accounts Payable (AP)

• Adeptness in Microsoft Excel

• Demonstrated knowledge of month end closings

• Deep understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Account reconciliation experience desired

• Be detailed, flexible, and organized

• Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well
