Job Description
Responsible for producing fraud financial reporting and business intelligence by querying data repositories and generating insights. Identifies trusted data sources and ensures accuracy of the data. Devises methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources. Performs analysis and develop business intelligence. Coaches and supports team members. Collaborates with various Fraud Risk Management and business partners to ensure quality and timely delivery of information.
Responsibilities
Responsible for providing performance reporting and analysis such as but not limited to monitor and interpret performance trends, evaluate metrics and other information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose detailed information into assessment of performance, distinguish true trends, provide forecast support based on historical performance and similar analytical services.
Develops and runs a variety of ad-hoc analysis on key driver performance. Performs validation to ensure accuracy. Collaborate with Analyst to decision makers to identify and solve a variety of problems and to clarify management objectives.
Designs, develops and manages new reports and dashboards designed to provide management a view into company performance and ensures the timely development and distribution of established periodic reports.
Expands & enhances analytics capability, continue to improve process, explore/adopt new tools. Collaborates with various business partners on project requests, prioritization and delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
Bachelor’s Degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or related field
6+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics or related field
Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Analytics, Engineering, or related field
Experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics or related field
Database and Programming: PySpark, SQL, Python, Flask, MySQL, AWS
Data Visualization: Tableau, Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI
Professional Skills: JIRA, Proficient in Microsoft Office,Presentation Skills, Scrum, Team collaboration, Project Management, Business Strategy
