Associate Director, Project Management for Riverview, MI to lead, direct & develop project management department in planning, pursuing & executing drug development and pharmaceutical research projects in compliance with regulatory & client requirements, including R&D, process development, and technology transfer; oversee development of project phases, budgets, schedules, resources & risk management plans; manage completion of projects to specifications, including scope, critical path, timeline & budgets; negotiate contracts, statements of work & scope changes with clients; act as primary client point of contact; manage critical client relationships; establish departmental processes & work procedures; track, develop & communicate departmental KPIs and performance; establish & control departmental budgets and revenue forecasts; develop, manage, train & oversee team of project managers to achieve departmental goals; serve as member of site leadership team.
