As a Banking Account Manager you will be skilled responsible for executing flawless back office functions tailored for our high-value clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in customer service, ensuring a white glove experience through exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You will be pivotal in responding promptly to client inquiries via their preferred communication channel, whether written or call back, while continuously monitoring and managing incoming requests to ensure timely resolution. If you have at least 2 + years of Banking experience then this is the role for you!

salary: $28 - $31.5 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

As a Banking Account Manager, job duties include:

• Execute complex back office functions for high-value clients with precision and accuracy.

• Provide white glove customer service, responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries via preferred communication methods.

• Monitor incoming client requests through phone and specialized mailboxes, ensuring timely and effective responses.

• Perform flawless payment entries and review/authorize client requests as per established procedures.

• Monitor transactions closely to identify and address any issues promptly.

• Support and maintain comprehensive knowledge of payments workflows and the overall wire operations process.

Skills:

• 2+ years of banking experience, with a comprehensive background in back office operations.

• Expertise in Wire Operations and Payments is essential.

• Proven ability in problem-solving within a banking or financial services environment.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality customer service.

• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-sufficiency and initiative.
