Responsibilities for this role are but not limited to:

Review dispatch's daily completed and closed orders

Receive and organize proper documentation to begin billing invoices

Inquire on order inconsistencies and make needed corrections.

Bill invoices daily

Email all invoices to customers

Handle month end specialized billing.

Filing

To be considered for this role you should:

Experience in Accounting at least 2 years

Excellent communication skills

Customer service

Attention to detail

What’s in this for you:

Pay rates start at $ 19.00/hr.

M-F, 8a-5p-OT if needed

Weekly Pay – you receive a paycheck every week you work

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
