REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two (2) years retail manager or supervisor experience required. Must have valid drivers license BFOQ: some travel required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to manage aspects of retail store as well as donation/inventory control. Demonstrated leadership and management skills with both large groups and individual focus. Proven track record to increase sales in a retail setting. Must be able to operate Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to convey a positive and professional image to employees, customers and employers. Ability to work flexible hours and meet deadlines. Ability to work flexible hours and meet deadlines. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test upon offer of employment. JOB DESCRIPTION: The Assistant Retail Managers responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager in the overall operation, leadership, and performance of a Retail store including meeting sales goals and budgets. Other duties as assigned. Will work days, evenings, and weekends. Schedule to be discussed with the employer. Pay is $14.86 an hour and benefits include retirement, group health, dental, and vision insurance, short and long-term disability, life insurance, and paid time off.
