Five Sandoval Indian Pueblos, INC Warehouse Manager in Rio Rancho, New Mexico
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for overall warehouse functions to include incoming shipments of USDA foods, inventory control of all foods, food shipments and "tailgate" distribution schedules. Responsible for basic supervision of warehouse staff. Distribution to local Native American pueblo areas and instore purchases. Customer service is a must.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Responsible for unloading and inventory of USDA foods during shipments received from vendors. Responsible in maintaining the established floor plan of the warehouse, improving and reorganizing as necessary.
Inventory control. Accurate physical inventory counts of all USDA foods on a monthly basis for reconciliation with automated food inventory. Insure accuracy of daily inventory control of store areas and tailgate distributions. Insure that store area is re-stocked and ready to serve clients as scheduled.
Responsible for overall maintenance of all program vehicles and warehouse equipment and ensuring that preventive maintenance agreements are performed.
Responsible for supervision of warehouse staff to ensure performance of their job duties and responsibilities.
Monthly reports of FNS-152 and 155 A reports to Program Administrator reporting. Must be dependable and report to work on time.
Must be able to pass Drug Screen, Backgrounds checks and have a clear motor vehicle report.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years warehousing and truck driver experience.
Must be able to operate pallet jacks and forklifts.
