JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and reporting. In this role, you will design and implement processes and solutions for analyzing a wide variety of data sets used in data/text mining, modeling, and prediction to drive informed business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and develop tools, algorithms, dashboards, and reports to monitor business performance, while communicating insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ultimately, you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, building and maintaining complex reports and dashboards, and supporting leadership in making data-driven decisions to fuel business growth.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to gather reporting requirements and deliver insights that align with business objectives.
Create and maintain automated reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
Provide support in the preparation of executive-level reports and presentations.
Conduct ad hoc data analysis and present findings to stakeholders.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
Required Experience
2-3 years’ experience SSRS report development
Strong knowledge of SQL 2005/2008
Familiar with relational database concepts
Preferred Experience
Expertise with Power BI and Python.
Clinical Interventions experience.
Managed Care industry experience - Medicare.

Pay Range: $77,969 - $117,809 / ANNUAL
