Job Title: Production Worker - Warehouse

Job Description

• Operate automated machines for making and packing cotton swabs (q-tips).
• Visually inspect all packaging to ensure no rips or tears, and verify that packages are full and ready for sale.
• Consistently lift 35lbs boxes.
• Package boxes with material.
• Ensure the quality of all products.
• Stack 35lb boxes on a pallet.
• Package, tape, and stamp boxes.
• Weigh boxes to ensure correct weight.
• Load new boxes into the machine.
• Pack and stack one box every three minutes.
• Clear jams on the product line.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.

Work Environment

24/7 manufacturing plant, fast-paced, loud machinery, and repetitive. Very safety-conscious and requires PPE daily. Work alone or with a team to hit daily quotas. 12-hour shifts, all days of the week. 7P-7A rotating schedule, 2 on, 2 off production schedule. Training on 1st shift for two weeks. Example schedule: Week 1: Work Mon/Tues, OFF Wed/Thurs, Work Fri/Sat/Sun (36 hours). Week 2: OFF Mon/Tues, Work Wed/Thurs, OFF Fri/Sat/Sun (48 hours).
