We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Material Handler to join our team at KELLY Services in Rincon, Georgia. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for the manual movement of materials, supplies, and finished goods within our facility or onto trucks. This is a temporary-to-hire position with both 1st and 2nd shift options available. Job Specifications:

• Job Type: Temporary-to-Hire

• Location: Rincon, Georgia

• Pay Rate: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-5:30pm

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00pm-12:30am

Orientations are daily at 8:00am for 1st shift and 2:30pm for 2nd shift. You will work a full day after orientation and safety training

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform various material handling duties manually or using a hand truck.

• Load finished products onto pallets or hand trucks.

• Stack skids or pallets in designated areas.

• Provide cleaning services, including sweeping floors, cleaning offices, and removing trash.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.

• Ability to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours.

• Must be able to lift and/or pull 50 lbs. without restriction.

• Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching required.

• Ability to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions, and temperature variations.

• Availability to work irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
