Job Overview: Members of the Ozarks Heritage Preserve Guest Service Team are responsible for assuring exceptional, first-class service for our guests. Attendants role is to welcome guests, answer questions they may have, and be knowledgeable on the property. Attendants may assist with golf cart dispatching, cashiering, or working at the Welcome Booth. Primary Functions

• Provide exceptional service to all guests. Welcome guests, answer questions and direct guests to the appropriate venues.
• Sell and scan golf cart tour and museum tickets
• Must effectively communicate all pertinent information amongst his/her team members and supervisory staff regarding daily operations.
• Always carries themselves in a friendly approachable manner.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and assignments.
• Must be highly service focused.
• Demonstrate initiative ability to think, work, and make decisions to solve guest concerns based on sound judgment.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of processes for providing guest and personal services, including guests needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods of time, work safely, communicate effectively, understand, and carry out written and oral directions, and establish good working relationships with co-workers
• Able to work in various weather conditions
• Be able to work weekends and holidays, mornings, and evenings as business demands.
• Lift, reach, bend, twist, push, pull, and use arm-hand coordination on a consistent basis
• Has basic computer hardware and software skills (e.g., word processing software, internet browsers, etc.).
• Able to understand written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
• The ability to gather and organize information using a logical and systematic process; recognize patterns and relationships in complex data; examine data to identify implications, problems and draw appropriate conclusions
