Job Description

Are you passionate about improving the corporate landscape and people development through training, process, documentation and crafting insightful and engaging content?

Bring your experience in training and technical writing to the forefront and help mold the way LEGO does training.

Core Responsibilities

Participates actively in the steps of the training process to achieve people development.

Colonial Heights, VA (LVA) manufacturing site.

  • Ambassador for Training and Process standardization and understanding in The Lego Group, supports training process and projects in safety, quality, delivery,efficiencyand cost

  • Administrate Standard Work documentation, which includes creation, editing, translation, upload and sharing local and global documentation

  • Close collaboration with process owners and Global Job Trainer

  • Collaborate with other team members to support team ́s goals

  • Participate in improvement projects (RIEs, PPS, Focus Board,etc)

  • Support Training Process activities such as training plans, skill matrix and follow up on execution and coordinatespecial areaactivities

  • Global alignment and collaboration between sites

  • Implement projects to support efficiency andbusinessneeds

  • Use of the company platforms for documents administration

Do you have what it takes?

  • The candidate must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI

  • Develop collaborator engagement and ensure effective communication

  • Experience tracking KPI's

  • Experience with process breakdowns,presentationsand data point collection

  • 1 year of training experience

  • 1 year of experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment

  • 1 year of experience in training

Additional Information

The salary for this position hasa payrate of $37 per hour USD based onanticipatedresponsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group considers a wide range of compensation factors, including prior experience,expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerationspermittedby law. The comprehensiveremunerationdetails, including benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
