Required Skills:

Technical Program Manager Responsibilities:

  1. **Individual contributor role only.

  2. No direct reports.** Define, build and lead cross-functional programs to deliver end-to-end solutions which solve various problems in technical and business domains.

  3. Accountable for identifying and overcoming end-to-end, cross-functional problems in technical domains across client and/or server infrastructure.

  4. Lead execution and delivery of solutions to resolve business problems via strategic thinking and on-the ground leadership.

  5. Drive and influence technical and product strategy, proactively identify problems, align on priorities, and set direction for a broadly cross-functional area.

  6. Define and deliver on technical requirements that solve people or product problems, platform or infra requirements in conjunction with partners.

  7. Define metrics & measurement, rollout, and scalable and sustainable operational plans.

  8. Identify and improve inefficiencies in operation.

  9. Telecommute from anywhere in the US permitted.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Civil Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field and two years of work experience in the job offered or a computer-related occupation. Requires two years of experience in the following:

    1. Technical product/program management
    1. Evaluating, defining, and improving end-to-end processes with functional and/or technical solutions
    1. Working across organizations to drive business decisions with technical and non-technical stakeholders
    1. Planning, deploying, or operation of cloud infrastructure technology
    1. Analytical, ambiguous problem-solving, and negotiation
    1. Scaling and connecting programs in a dynamic environment.

Public Compensation:

$193,078/year to $213,400/year + bonus + equity + benefits
