Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure (OHAI) is developing patient-and provider-centric solutions rapidly and securely. Looking for a Senior Technical Architect ready to support 3rdParty Products hosted with Oracle Health and Artificial Intelligence datacenters/cloud. Extensive experience and knowledge of Linux and Windows systems is required. Responsible for our production infrastructure, including the servers and services which support our growing client base as well as designing and implementing highly scalable environments. This Architect works with other teams in the organization and provides infrastructure solutions for client needs. Understands client systems and applications, networking, infrastructure, data centers, web tools and technologies, databases and Cloud, Big Data, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and more.

Responsibilities include: Design new scalable solutions for fast changing infrastructure environment with complex needs including configuration deployments, monitoring, and logging. Perform deep drill down analysis into performance bottlenecks and provide necessary fixes. Bring in new ideas, change, evolve, improve, and simplify the production infrastructure. Work closely with our development and research teams and provide customer friendly solutions and support. Responsible for working on the design, development, and/or deployment of enterprise supporting systems.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Suggested majors include Computer Science or Mathematics.

Working knowledge of software development tools, methodologies, and programming languages.

Experience working with external or internal customers to implement large scale solutions, business process architecture, application system design, and implementation.

Design and implementation of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions using a variety of cloud platform services.

Highly technical and analytical, possessing significant implementation and operations experience. Identifies solutions in experience of application or server architecture and networking.

A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in application or server architecture and networking or related experience.

3rd Party ProductOps Team consisting of 16 US based and 7 Global associates is within the Product Engineering organization within Oracle Health & Artificial Intelligence and owns hosting client 3rd Party product solutions for many Oracle Health Clients in Oracle datacenters and OCI. The team is a high performing team that has a culture that promotes teamwork, automation/innovation, and continuous improvement.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $79,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
