We are hiring a Roofing Inspector to join our team in the GREATER RICHMOND area. Our ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in construction operations and reliable as this is a crucial position to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with construction codes and specifications
Provide expertise in your specific focus area specifically in Roofing replacement to ensure the highest quality work
Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to address issues and provide constructive feedback
Requirements:
RRO certification preferred, but not required
Knowledge of relevant construction codes and regulations
5+ years of experience related to TPO and BUR
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a construction environment
Ability to repeatedly lift heavy equipment up to 50lbs.
Eligible for overtime, including off-shift hours and weekends.
