Estes Express Lines Representative II, Recruitment Marketing in Richmond, Virginia

Job Summary:

The Specialist, Recruitment Marketing will be responsible for following up with leads to generate candidates for open positions. This role reports to a Supervisor, Recruitment Marketing and will support the execution of sourcing and marketing strategies for multiple markets and position types to assist with effectively and efficiently attracting candidates to Estes.

  • Contact candidate leads from a variety of social platforms (via phone, text, email, and instant messaging) to encourage the leads to apply for open positions through Estes’ applicant tracking system

  • Post escalated job openings on external sites to attract leads, including but not limited to Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Facebook, and LinkedIn

  • Work in close collaboration with our HR Talent Acquisition business partners

  • Utilize a lead management system to track, report on, add notes, and analyze the current state of various leads

  • Post content and responses to appropriate social media accounts and/or internal communications’ platforms

  • Provide support, coordination, and administrative activities related to recruitment marketing and employer of choice communications

  • Track metrics and generate reports related to lead status, conversions, and communications

  • Provide assistance in the production of hiring events and other recruitment marketing campaigns

  • Regular attendance is required.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing, or Human Resources, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in employer brand marketing or recruitment required

  • Working knowledge of social media and/or digital communication platforms is required

  • Excellent communication skills, e.g., listening, verbal and written required

  • Proficiency in Word and Excel required

  • Ability to extract reports from lead management systems and analyze lead data to determine trends, effectiveness of social media platforms and needed efforts to reach and convert leads.

  • Able to work within tight deadlines and efficiently complete assignments while keeping a focus on accuracy and details

  • Must be able to follow directions, work under supervision, and be flexible

  • Must be able to lift approximately 20 lbs., or more if required by the essential functions of the job

  • Must be able to comply with all company policies, rules, procedures and Code of Conduct

  • Must be able to interact well with others

  • Must be able to work independently, or in a team setting

  • Must be capable of working under tight time constraints in a high volume environment with multiple priorities

  • Responds well to questions; Ability to read, interpret and comply with written information and documents such as safety rules, operations / procedure manuals and maintenance instructions with a high comprehension and concentration level to include the ability to meet deadlines

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, random drug and/or alcohol tests, and will be subject to a criminal history background check

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
